A dashboard that expects you to know where to look
A dashboard loses to simply asking a colleague. That has nothing to do with server speed.
We refused to build a checkout nobody would use
The shop was already selling through WhatsApp and it worked. Moving it to a full checkout would have broken what was working.
Combining numbers across business units is not a charting problem
