Privacy Policy

Data on this site is handled by PT Bangun Karya Informasi Teknologi, with offices at Jl. Diponegoro No. 60-62, Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. For any question about your data, reach us at the email address at the bottom of this page.

The only personal data we collect from visitors is what you type into the enquiry form yourself: your name, your company or organisation, your email address, your WhatsApp number, an estimated budget, and your message.

We also process your IP address when the form is submitted, purely to limit excessive submissions. The address is hashed first and is never stored as-is. That hash clears itself when the rate limit window ends.

We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other third-party tracker. We do not know which pages you visit.

Form contents are used for exactly one thing: replying to your enquiry and discussing possible work together. We do not use it for newsletters, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Enquiries are stored in a Postgres database we run through Supabase. The site itself runs on Vercel. Both are infrastructure providers that hold the data on their servers.

When email copies are enabled, your enquiry also passes through Resend as the email provider. When they are not enabled, the enquiry stays in our database only.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Enquiries that do are kept for the duration of the working relationship, and afterwards for as long as bookkeeping and tax obligations require.

You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

This site sets no cookies at all for ordinary visitors. The only cookie ever created is the login session cookie for BANGKIT staff in the admin area, and visitors never touch it.

Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your own browser localStorage. That value is never sent to our servers and we cannot read it.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, and ask us to delete it. Send that request to the email address below and we will answer within seven working days.

If how this site collects data changes, we update this page along with its date. We do not change the purpose of data already collected without telling you first.
