BANGKIT is a software house in Surabaya. We build websites, apps, and operational dashboards for businesses that need the system to actually get used, not just delivered.
Why we exist
PT Bangun Karya Informasi Teknologi was formally established in 2024. Before the legal entity existed, the same team was already building systems for livestock operations, professional associations, and retail businesses.
What we kept seeing: companies paying for software that nobody ended up using. Not because the code was wrong, but because no one wanted to open it every day. So we start from a different question. Who opens this screen at eight in the morning, and what would make them stop opening it.

How we work
Scope before price
We do not quote a number before we know exactly what is being built. A quote that comes out too fast usually turns into extra invoices halfway through.
The source code is yours
When a project ends, the source code and infrastructure access are handed over. We hold no keys that hold your next step hostage.
The small part ships first
The part people use most gets built and used first, and the rest follows. It surfaces a wrong direction much sooner.
