Working at BANGKIT
A small team in Surabaya. Everyone carries a project from the start until it is in use, not just one slice of the work.
What to know before you apply
- We are a small team, so you will talk to clients directly rather than through three layers of coordination.
- We refuse overtime as a habit. When a schedule slips, the fault is our estimate, not your hours.
- Our office is in Surabaya and some of the work requires being there, especially during client meetings.

We open positions when there is a real need, not to collect CVs. If you are interested anyway, send an open application. We keep it and reach out when a matching role opens.

Send your CV and examples of work you have finished to the address below. A portfolio we can open is more useful to us than a list of technologies.
