Ternakpark

Livestock records are still often kept in a notebook, then copied into a spreadsheet when someone asks for them. Two jobs for one set of data, and the version people trust is usually not the most recent one.

Ternakpark moves recording to where it happens: barn staff log population, weight, and animal health straight from the field, on a phone. There is no copying step, so there is no gap between what the barn knows and what management reads.

What we protected from the start was input speed. Barn staff record while standing, sometimes with one hand, and almost never at a desk. A long form gets abandoned, and an abandoned app is worth nothing however good its reports are.
